usencrypt.cipher.String.startswith(self, other) usencrypt.cipher._boolean.Boolean#

Checks whether the encrypted string \(E(x)\) starts with another string.

Parameters

other (usencrypt.cipher.String or str) – The encrypted string to be searched for.

Returns

Indicates whether whether self starts with other.

Return type

usencrypt.cipher.Boolean
